Regenerative farming is about prioritising soil health above all else. It’s about nurturing the soil, year after year, feeding it with care and diverse crops so it can recover and grow the food we need more sustainably. The diversity of flours in bread enhances its flavour, nutritional value and digestibility. Incorporating a variety of grains like emmer, spelt, barley and rye adds an enriching complexity to the taste profile as well as a greater range of essential nutrients and fibre.
