Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is operated by The Bread Factory, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Unit 12, Garrick Road Industrial Estate, Irving Way, London NW9 6AQ (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to business contacts of the Promoter who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom.

Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

Entry into the Prize Draw is limited to one entry per individual. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw is open for entries from [OPENING DATE] to [CLOSING DATE] at 23:59 GMT (the “Closing Date”).

Entries received after the Closing Date will not be included in the draw.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw, eligible individuals must complete The Bread Factory’s NPS survey in full before the Closing Date.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to participate, and no purchase improves the chance of winning.

The Bread Factory accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a [VOUCHER BRAND] gift voucher to the value of £250 (the “Prize”).

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered under any circumstances.

The Bread Factory reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable, subject to availability.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.

The draw will take place on or before 25 June 2026.

The winner will be selected by random draw using a randomisation function in Microsoft Excel, conducted by the Head of Customer Experience of The Bread Factory and whose decision is final and binding.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at the time of entry within 10 working days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, The Bread Factory reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

The Prize will be delivered to the winner by email within 10 working days of verification of the winner’s eligibility.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

The Bread Factory will process personal data provided by entrants solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants consent to The Bread Factory using their personal data for the purposes described above.

The Bread Factory will not share personal data with third parties except where necessary to administer the Prize (for example, delivery of the voucher), or as required by law.

9. General Conditions

The Bread Factory reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the Prize Draw, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice, where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

The Bread Factory accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Prize Draw or from acceptance or use of the Prize.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
